I was recently forced to sell my Massachusetts home at a major financial loss in order to get away from its increasingly breeder hostile legal environment. The harassment was oppressive, and I'm a reputable breeder. These extremists do not distinguish good from bad breeders. They think we're all bad. I'm in New Hampshire now where people are still protective enough of their freedom that the state follows well balanced policies regarding the keeping of animals. Seeing this now coming at us at the federal level is very scary indeed. This is not just for breeders to pay attention to. Anyone out there who has ever loved a pet should be very concerned to see that our government is about to deprive us of that pleasure and comfort. PETA and HSUS are very bad organizations who are pushing extremist agendas that will deprive your grandchildren of pets. |
