Deanna, yes, it's a necklace made of that trim stuff (I think it's called rickrack?)you use for sewing. They just started making these. I was concerned about choking if they got caught on something, but they are just hot-glued at the ends and will break very easily. I usually leaven them on until they get a little stretched out and then toss them. They used to put bows and bandannas on them and I didn't care for that, really. Izzy would pout until I took the bows off, or she'd go under my bed and scrape them off on the underside of the boxspring
