Just curious if anyone has experiance this. See inside her right nostril the pink spot? looks white with flash of camera. I see with the flash deep inside her nose is pink too but this pink spot on the nostril was not there before. I noticed it about a week ago. i touch it and it does not bother her. Does it look like just a pigment thing or freckle maybe? I know we all get age spots as we get older but is that the case with dogs? Any ideas?
