Out of context but, I'll agree with you on this; bad breeders DO need to be addressed by attorneys or the courts and should be shut down!!
It's laughable these bad breeders get so angry when they're exposed to the public for their unethical practices. They come on yt, immediately want your name, phone number, etc. When they sold the sick puppy, my guess is, they could care less what your name was, as long as your were waving $$.
