I think I could live off of baked potatoes (with sour cream of course) and Capresse salad (tomato, mozzarella and basil with balsamic vinegar drizzled on it) with sliced avocados. I think that's my ABSOLUTE favorite meal in the world.
I tried artichokes about 2 weeks ago for the first time in a LONG LONG time and my husband & I both HATED them. YUCK!!!! The only part I liked was the soft middle, but it took long to get there and there was not enough of it to be worth making those often.
I LOVE edamame, that is soy beans, those are very high in protein... and they are pretty cheap. I could eat those everyday! lol
oh and I actually do eat GoLean crunch cereal in my yogurt almost every day. I have a box at home and a box at work. Good idea Anne, it says something like more protein than an egg right on the box!
