Sometimes buying from a out of state breeder without meeting them have good experiences and some bad. If you contacted him or her and ask them a few questions to make sure your making the right desicion.
But then if you still not sure ask them if you can have a few phone numbers from their previous purchasers and ask them if their experience with the breeder was good or bad and if they recommended them.
But if you still haven't decided yet. I know a breeder where I live, which is in Jacksonville, Florida.
