I get Tropical Traditions and it's organic and virgin. I get it through their site. I use it mainly topically on Uni's skin and hot spots. I always keep a shirt on her, so after a bath I get a spoonful of it and part her hair and work it into the skin. It also helps to keep her hair from matting up as easily, and takes out badly matted areas easy too. Then I occasionally give her a few licks.

I cook with it sometimes, usually to fry eggs, but I don't use it that often for food. I also massage it into my cuticles. My hands are always so dry and wrecked from wrenching all day every day.

Oh I also massage on Uni's pads too. Sometimes they get rough. It helps.
