[LAL3961]

I've got a rather serious problem I need some assistance on. Avery has recently had these little pimple like bumps that started under his neck and are working his way all over his head. He recently had quite a few fleas on him, despite flea prevention, but after a good de-flea bath, he's flea free. However, these bumps persist.
He seems to be itching his face/head more so I'm pretty sure they itch. Also, the kinda scab. It's not noticeable by just looking at him, but I feel them when I pet him.

I've read that it could be an allergy... either way I think I'll call the vet, but I wanted some semi-experienced opinions. If it is an allergic reaction to fleas, or something else, is this an easy, fairly reasonable treatment?
