Just keep at it. My yorkie is incredibly stubborn and he just turned 1 and is still making messes unfortunately. It does get really frustrating but keep on her about pottying outside and one day it'll click with her. It is a lot easier if you have scheduled times for feeding cause they usually go after they eat or after a good play inside. I've learned that with potty training, they'll be a lot of good days and a lot of bad days but eventually it'll sink in. Also never forget - praise praise praise and reward!
