The few times I've had lamb, I didn't care for it's flavor. It's got a very strong flavor, not unlike venison or other game meats. I see it prepared on some of the cooking shows, and it looks delicious. So, I would be willing to try again, I'm just not going to be the one to shell out that kind of money on something I'm almost certain to not like.
