I am a huge lamb fan. I have/use a variety of lamb and mutton recipes in my arsenal.
Lamb is difficult to find here at a reasonable price. In every other country (well...most other countries
)lamb is cheaper than chicken

I just scored a 10 pound lamb leg for $28.00 for me and the pups to share (Curri

sensitive) and I also have a brand new TAGINE (thanks, Shinja!!) to cook it in.
