Here's what I did...
I downloaded Irfanview from the link provided on "how to post pics" and installed it.
I clicked on Irfanview icon on desktop
Went to File, clicked Open to open the file in computer
The picture came up.
I then went to Image and clicked Resize/Resample
Under "Set New Size" I wrote 800 x 600 pixels and clicked Ok
Then I went to File again, clicked Save As and gave the resized pic a name.
I then clicked button for "Thread" to open this box.
On this box, I clicked the paperclip icon. (upper part, next to smiley icon)
A Manage Attachment box opens. Clicked on Browse to go to the picture I resized.
Click Upload and when its uploaded, click "Close this window"
Go back to this window.
Picture name shld be seen on box "Manage Attachment"
Then Submit Reply
