Yes! It also includes pets riding in the back of pick up trucks! I hope people take this seriously. It's such an important issue. Maybe other states will get a clue and do the same. It is dangerous to the pet as well as to the people to have a pet loose in the vehicle no matter how well behaved the animal is.
I don't think the coast guard will go after you unless he is actually driving! |
