Sometimes phone calls are better than emails. I'd call the breeders I am interested in on a Tuesday or Wednesday. This time of year is a fairly busy one for shows, and many breeders will be at the shows on the weekends.
The other idea is why not go to some shows, if there are ones relatively close by.
