Lillies puppies are a very active group, scooting, crawling, and everyone has their eyes open. My question is, Is it too soon to set up a wee pad area outside of the whelping box? They just turned 2 weeks but have know for a few days where the exit door is
. They have been leaving puddles all over the whelping box
