I agree, it sounds like a Bee sting reaction to me. Although , in fields you never know what lurks there, a spider, red ants, wasps and many other creatures
FYI Bee stings are accumulative meaning they can get worse with each sting so check her very well when you bring her in each time & give her the Benadryl ASAP if you notice any problem whatsoever.
