Cookie went to the vet last week and her labs are perfect!!
Total protein is 6.1
She is amazing!
I took her in a month early because I was worried about her...some little things that made me think there could be a problem. I guess in time I might get more comfortable with this illness, but, I don't know. It is such a sneaky thing...scary. I guess if she had been really, really sick looking from the beginning I would not be like this...but it was vague. I know I just got lucky and caught it early....and that probably makes things worse because I don't ever want her to get that sick.
She continues to totally love her home cooked diet!
