Wow "giving it to someone", instead of her own daughter? I'm sooo sorry to hear this. And she doesn't use a vet? So this pup gets no medical treatment at all? I have no words to describe how this makes me feel, and I can only imagine how you are feeling...I will be praying that she changes her mind and gives her to someone who will love and care for the dog....YOU her daughter!
