If you are sincere in developing a reputable program, you will have to understand WHY we do the things we do....like keeping puppies until they are AT LEAST 12 weeks and older......NOTHING TO DO WITH "GOOD JUDGEMENT" OR "WATCHING THEM CLOSELY".
