Zoey and Jackson get Bordatella (sp) every 6 months because I expose them to other dogs at the dog park. Other than that they only get rabies every 2 or 3 years. As for the food, just find something that has 10% fat or less and find out from the vet the proper amount of caloric intake your dog show be getting per day. You don't need a special expensive food for that.
