this time around i used a different company for my personalised cake. she's a very small company that works from home- i can relate and wanted to support her. So I call her when my driver gets to the gate, and no answer, for ten minutes! I was in a state as I had already paid her
Luckly it was nothing more than forgetting her phone in the car. she called me back and let the driver in (her husband was home) and we got a beautiful tasty cake
