Congratulations on your new family member! Hope you can post some pictures. Stress can sometimes cause the ears to go down. Also as the fur gets thicker on the ears it can put weight on the ears and make it harder for them to stand. I have seen people say that the stress of teething can cause ears to go down. Until the cartilage in the ear matures there is the chance of the ears going down so if your puppy seems to be having issues you might want to consider helping him by having the fur on the ears trimmed. There are a lot of helpful tips on the forum about this subject.
