Unless he developed some stomach/esophageal mechanical regurgitation type issues spontaneously or due to swallowing something big or irregular, it sounds like something really made that stomach lining raw or irritated, doesn't it - if it isn't pancreas/liver disease/tumor, etc?

No temp and yes and ulcer can make them vomit. He hadn't eaten anything different, but he did have quite a few apple/PB snacks. maybe to much. No table scraps, his stomach is to sensitive.
