When the vomiting started 4 days ago, what had he had to eat? Had he had anything at all besides his regular food? Any tablescraps, a bite of human food? Had he been outside for a while that first day, before the vomiting started?

Unless he developed some stomach/esophageal mechanical regurgitation type issues spontaneously or due to swallowing something big or irregular, it sounds like something really made that stomach lining raw or irritated, doesn't it - if it isn't pancreas/liver disease/tumor, etc?

I don't know - can an ulcer make them vomit like this - does anyone know?

Any temp at all?
