Did you use red onion? That would be my choice. Use the absolute best tomatoes you can find. Heirloom, Campari, on the vine ~ whatever is the most flavorful you can possibly find. When you are using only a few ingredients THEY MUST SHINE
Cheryl was the one trying to make this, but I think I'm going to have to give the second recipe a try. It looks so good. I'm not a very good cook, either!
