Can you tell if there is a peice of tooth still there or is there a little red spot & possible hole where the tooth was ? either way if it's actually broken, it needs to be removed. If he's a year old chances are he's due for a cleaning anyway & they can remove the rest of his baby teeth at that time. The baby teeth do need to be removed or they will cause problems that could end up causing him to loose some adult teeth as well. Don't panic about though, just call on monday & get him in for the vet to check his mouth as soon as you can. He will be ok till his appt.
