DON'T ever vaccinate at 7 weeks. That is far too young their system is not ready for vaccinations yet. ARe you doing vaccinations yourself? No vet in their right mind would recommend vaccinating yorkie pups at that age.
Your pups should not even be close to fully weaned yet.
Blue Ivy may not be able to tolerate vaccinations at the normal 9- 10 weeks for a first vaccination if she is behind in her development.
