I need some help finding a recipe and I am hoping someone on YT may be have the answer.

My neighbor makes the BEST summer salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and feta cheese and uses a oil and vinegar type dressing. Well I tried making it last night from a recipe I found on Google and it just did not taste right- I ended up throwing it out after our meal.

Does anyone have a good recipe? I think I went wrong with the dressing which called for oil and red wine vinegar but nothing else.

I could call my neighbor but she is on a much needed vacation in Destin Florida and I would hate disturb her. I am babysitting her elderly Min Pin (who is also blind) and I know seeing my number show up on her caller ID would stress her out.
