I think it's so cute! It looks like you are all ready for your little one to arrive. How exciting!
When my niece was born (almost 15 years ago!) her room was decorated with Disney babies. It was on the lamps, wall, bedding, etc. It was a really cute theme.
DH and I have started clearing out the guest room because we are going to start trying for a baby this summer. I want to do the cleaning out while I have the time this summer...and not wait until we actually are expecting, and things get crazy. I have SO many ideas for a baby's room!
