Small dogs like yorkies cant bekept outside it is too dangerous too many prey can get to them they can also be stolen, Also they have hair not fur and cant take flucuations in temp. also yorkies are very social with their owners and are clingy. I think you need to rehome dog to a home that doesnt care if hes clingy. Alot of people like that trait in a dog |
