Hello, I'm sorry you are having such problems with your Yorkie. Sounds to me that you have neither the time or energy to spend re-training your pup. At this point I honestly think the best thing you can do for your pup is to return the pup to the breeder or a rescue in your area. There are some fine people here that could help you locate someone in your area.
If you truly want to keep this dog then you have to start over from scratch and start by bringing the pup inside the house. Your pup is NOT safe outside alone for long periods. Yorkies are meant to be part of the family they are not backyard dogs. In my gentlest voice I say PLEASE give this pup up I don't think this is the dog for you. I'm sorry, I really don't.
I hope you make the right decision for your pup and yourself. Remember, this pup depends on you to do what is right.
