Eat a little less and move a little more
Low cal veggies and fruit are working for my 2 teapots. Cozy is down 2 pounds since 3rd week of April and Lucy is down 1/2 pound. Cozy went from 16 pounds to 14 and Lucy went from 9.5 to 9 pounds. Cozy should be about 10 pounds and Lucy should be 7 pounds.
