We have more of a kitchen *issue* more than a mishap.....We tend to buy groceries faster than they get consumed. So, expiration dates tend to be important to take note of.
The worst thing you can hear is...."You didn't eat that did you?!".....My usual response when asked this is, "Wellll, what's today?"..... And that is usually followed by a cuss word.....
