 Head tilt and Circling
I have a five year old who had the same symptoms at the same age but she couldnt not stand. We really had to work with her to get her on her feet and standing on her own. Her head would fall from one side to the other and once she was walking, she also circled. Hydrocephalus affects them this way. I know there are also other things that cause the head tilt but the circling is a good indicator.
