I thought I should share this potty traing tip that is helping Joel.
What I do is put his leash on and tie it to the front door and say "bark to go potty" and just walk away and he barks just because he doesnt want me to leave him there but I pretend he needs to go potty, so I say "good boy bark potty" and take him out.
So he learns (even though I tied him there) that "by himself" being at the door and barking=going outside.
And yesterday he went twice to the door by himself and whined to go potty and he did it twice today, so I'm real excited that its working
