Just a suggestion for leashing
does your baby wear a harness at all if so half the issue solved, if not put it on for shor periods until she's comfortable with it
next attach a leash
let her drag it around then let her walk with you,
after a bit do short walks around the house getting her used to it
I had to do this after I noticed a rehomed to me dog was completely confused by the leash and walking with one so he'd just lay down if he was leashed and refused to walk. |
