Water bowls, piddle pads (if she uses them), foods, snacks, plan for pit stops at pet friendly rest stops, (surprisingly, not all are) research the hotels along the road (if you're going to be staying at hotels), um... trying to think off the top of my head. I've taken Kaji places before, and really it wasn't a big issue. Outdoorsy type stuff seems to be a big hit with the little ones.
