In looking at her website she says the puppies play at "playtime" which lead me to believe they are somewhere else before playtime. she would have to keep them locked up to avoid interbreeding. But to give her the benefit of the doubt she does live on a farm so there is a lot of room for her to put them in large pens or something.
The other yorkie doesnt look like a full bred yorkie to me either. Well just the coloring makes me think that. And the mom has to be really large in order to have 8 pups.
