Lynn You may want to cut down on the beef - the red meat is not good for your heart. We eat a good steak filet about every 2-3 weeks grilled.
Try to add more chicken, fish, a little pork & a little veal (breaded and baked like those we do in the oven). Recipe - back up a little through the thread.
Good luck - eat lots of veggies, too. Watch the yellow ones though.
