As a little girl I was terribly afraid of dogs after being severely bitten, but wanted to be a vet when I was older. I always had cats, they are my first loves. They have a special place in my heart.
I saw my first yorkie when I took a dog quiz on animal planet, t see what breed would be the right one for my lifestyle. Well after that I started researching EVERYTHING yorkie. All about them. I was obsessed, but I was merely 15 or 16 years old. I forgot about it for a while.
I graduated HS, went to college, decided my major wasn't right for me, and didn't go back for my 2nd year. I had been dating my bf long distance, he was a yr older and went off to school in TX. I moved from SC to Texas just this past November, and I was very lonely. I wanted a cat to keep me company, and I begged and pleaded, but one of our roommates was allergic to cats. And so...I remembered, YORKIE!!

She is Neersyorkies on YT and she is AWESOME. I LOVE her!!! On my 20th birthday we visited her beautiful home and met her breeders/retired yorkies, and she had three litters born in Jan. I decided I liked Luma's mommy the best...her name is Nicky and she is beautiful, silky, 8lbs and CH bloodlines. Nicky had two puppies..Willie Nelson and Dolly Parton
We chose Dolly and the rest is history! I am so so grateful that I found this breed, it's perfect for us...Luma is everything we could want and more. She is our life now. I already want a 2nd..but that's another story
