My brother flies for a man that owns a ranch...so he get a cow every year for Christmas...so I get all the steak and ground beef I can use...I am so fearful of ecoli and salmonella in meat and chicken....but I got some of this ground meat to use for the dogs initially because my friend that told me about this site was NUTS over it...it is VERY lean, does not shrink when you cook it...tastes great...I now use this ground meat not only for the dogs but for us too!! I am VERY, VERY funny about meat we eat...this meat is excellent! You wont be disappointed! I have never seen such huge chicken breasts!...all fresh, never frozen.....
