I just saw this on our local news and it makes me sick to think of what this man did to a little four pound yorkie. What makes it even worse is to think he might get little or no punishment for his actions. I cannot fathom how someone could do something like this. It makes me cry to look at my little 3 pound angel and imagine how that little angel suffered. To hear them say it was trying to get away from him breaks my heart. I wonder if he had been mean to it before. I just hope he gets the punishment he deserves. I hope you will be able to see the video and read the article. You may need to copy and paste the link.
