Kagan was potty trained and when we first moved to mi from fl she did great but come the winter time she would go inside. We dressed her warm and she would sometimes go outside but most of the time she would go right by the door. :/ She would play in the snow but when it came to going potty in the snow vs. a nice warm cozy house she preferred inside. Then when warmer months came around she would switch and ask to go out. And I was like why cant you do this year round lol. So is your problem maybe weather conditions (storms, too hot, cold)???
