The only thing I can suggest is to give her treats when she potties outside and watch her like a hawk when she is inside so you can put her outside to potty.
My Yorkie turned 3 in March and she has spells were she will start peeing in the house were she is not suppose to. If her routine changes like moving furniture around, if a strange dog comes over or I have more people over than is usual she will go potty in the house. As long as things stay the same she will potty on her pee pad and outside.
I guess she will always be like this and I don't know how to change it.
Has there been changes in her living environment, maybe she is like my Addy?
