How did Paris act whenever you were sad? I believe all Yorkies love their owners to be happy. You can't do anymore for Paris now. He will remain a part of you forever. You have unique Yorkie skills that would greatly benefit another dog, especially a puppy in need of a good home. You are not replacing Paris... you'd be getting him a brother.
