Princess got her harness stuck on her kennel when she was a pup she was hung by the neck part but the way a harness works the pressure was on her shoulders.
Thankfully I dont beleive on collars or she wouldnt be here...
That the difference Ive seen it. My dogs are chipped and their tags are on the D ring of their harnesses. |
