I have worked with rescue dogs in the past. I think little baby's that come from those situations are a bit shocked to see what a good home is like. They don't know what to make of their new life but they know they are now loved and cares for. Give her love and attention. She may. It know how to play with toys if she did have them before. She is attached to you because you are her alpha. She wants to know you are going to be there. The health issue may or may not be an issue. For small dogs Yorkies have fewer health issues than most tiny breeds. They do have some trait health issues.

My mother took in a rescued s**tzu a few years back. She was in terrible shape when they got her but they have spoiled her she is now healthy and happy but she is scared to go down stairs because we fhink she has been kicked sown them. She is terrified to stay at the bet when they are out of town. It took her a long time not to leave my moms side. It took almost 5 months to play with her toys

Just Rember she is learning whAt a good home and a good parent is. Her weight sounds about right. Keep in mind weighs and sizes vary
