I searched as well but didn't find any binary code fabric. I found these 2 computer looking fabrics, but not sure if that would work for you:

I found lots of cute fabric with multiple numbers on it but none with just the 0 and 1 like that which was seen on Wikipedia when I looked up about binary code. Not sure if these will work but I'll post them.

I was also thinking you could create your own by buying plain fabric, a 0 and 1 stsmp, and stamping on the pattern like you would like.
