And stop shopping and supporting shops that sell dogs!
There was a case here in my county a few days ago, three people dumped 3 crates of dogs at a park. There were like 30 dogs crammed into 3 crates. Then the stupid idiots couldn't get their car started, so they dumped the car there too! People saw them do it! so of course they were caught when the police ran the plates. Misdemeanors. Small fine, dogs now up for adoption. I doubt these people learned their lesson.
