Have you tried tataki? It's ahi tuna that's seared on the outside, so some who don't like the texture of the raw fish like this, it has the cooked texture on the outside, but the smooth and soft rawness inside. |
LOL! Hoo boy I'm really out of the loop..I had no idea this existed. The real joke is my son..(he has a cast iron stomach stilll but he is only 23) absolutly looooves sushi, he's been trying to get me to eat it for years now! I'll try it again though as per your suggestion.
